Online Booking & Same-day Appointments

Treatment sessions are by appointment only. Same-day appointments are often available!! The Bridge City Massage calendar is live (meaning folks can book up to 3 hours prior to a start-time). Take advantage of our convenient online booking system, available 24/7.

Payment & Gratuity

All payments are due at the time of service. Forms of payment accepted are: Debit and Credit cards, Cash, Check, and Apple Pay. HSA/FSA cards are also accepted and a receipt can be provided upon request.

Gratuity is greatly appreciated (Cash or Venmo preferred).

Policies

As a client, you are responsible to be on time for your appointment. The licensed massage therapist is under no obligation to extend the session. An appointment will be considered a no-show if the client arrives 20 minutes past the scheduled time.

Clients are responsible to pay for the full time that they have booked. This includes if they are late to a session, miss an appointment, no-show, or are unable to give 24 hour notice when needing to reschedule/cancel an appointment. Two (2) missed appointments/no-shows leads to the termination of client eligibility status at the facility, and no future appointments will be allowed at Bridge City Massage.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Clients can reschedule appointments by simply signing into their account here and making revisions. This feature is no longer available within 24 hours of the appointment time.

Individuals needing to reschedule/cancel appointments within 24 hours of their start time MUST contact us by sending an e-mail to info@bridgecitymassage.com or by leaving a voicemail at (503) 954-2547.

Masking Policy

Masks are not required. We’re happy to accommodate client requests for their practitioner to wear a mask.

Restrooms

Public restrooms are located in the common areas, on all three floors of the building. There are no gender-neutral restrooms available at this time.

Parking

Parking is free! There is a large parking lot with plenty of spaces available.
